Easter Brekkies

I've been craving crumpets forever. I used to get them from Publix (Mmmmm Publix) in Florida, but since moving to Massachusetts, I'd been unable to find them. I even went so far as to research crumpet recipes, but like most things, I wasn't that motivated. So I resolved to be crumpet free.
