Erection Problems

You know when you're a kid in high school and you have a feeling about somebody? (no... not those kind of feelings). A feeling that deep down there is something inherently wrong about them? Like the fact that they drove a Merkur XR4Ti and that they probably strangled kitty cats for fun? One of those guys that sort of, but not quite, intimidated you, but not for any logical reason? You couldn't ever really justify it, but something was just a little off.

Most of the time you graduate and move on and never think of them again. And then sometimes... years and years later, you look at the headlines in your hometown paper and a name pops out at you. You're reminded of that person and find all of your premonitions of skeeviness realized.

From today's Daytona Beach News Journal.

LaCour mum on 73-count federal indictment

No comment. That's all Daytona Beach native Jeffrey LaCour and his Orlando attorney, Cheney Mason, would say about accusations LaCour and 10 others sold 44 million doses of prescription drugs illegally over the Internet in three years, which prosecutors say netted $77 million.

LaCour, 60, of South Daytona promised to make a statement Tuesday about the 73-count indictment filed by federal prosecutors last week but, on the advice of his attorney, rescinded.

LaCour was indicted, along with his son, Jude LaCour, 35, formerly of Daytona Beach, on charges of money laundering in addition to the drug sales over the Internet.

A third Volusia County man, Hudsen Smith, 36, of DeLand was indicted with eight others, seven of them doctors, from across the country.

Jeffrey LaCour and Smith were arrested Friday, court documents show.

Smith, who was reached by phone Friday, declined to comment. Neither Jude LaCour nor his attorney in Pennsylvania could be reached.

The elder LaCour was released on $50,000 bail. No bail amount was listed for Smith.

Jude LaCour's files are sealed.

The LaCours and Smith recruited doctors and pharmacies to review health questionnaires and fill bogus prescriptions, according to the indictment.

The FBI, the Internal Revenue Service and the Food and Drug Administration investigated this case.

Yes... I went to high school with the guy who has been spamming you all these years about your erection problems. I can't wait to see how this pans out.
